Presentation Guideline

  • Invited presentations are allocated 25 minutes for the presentation + 5 minutes for Q&A.
  • Regular presentations are allocated 12 minutes for the presentation + 3 minutes for Q&A.
  • Presentations may only be submitted as PowerPoint or PDF presentations.
  • Bring your presentation to the conference on a USB media storage device.
  • Personal laptops are allowed for the presentation only in the special case.
  • Arrive at your session at least 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the SESSION (not your presentation). Meet the session chair/volunteer and check your presentation file.
  • Bring your high-resolution printed poster with you to the meeting [recommended poster size: A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm)].
  • Set up your printed poster before 10:25 am on the first day of the conference.
  • Paper numbers will be placed on the poster boards in numerical order.
  • Find your paper number and put up your printed poster in the designated space.
  • Poster presenters are required to stand by the poster during the scheduled poster session to answer questions from attendees.
  • Presenters must remove their posters after 5:20 pm on the second day of the conference.

포스터는 이틀 동안 게시해 주시고(첫째날 오전 10시 25분 이전에 게시, 둘째날 오후 4시 50분 이후 철거),
포스터 세션(둘째날 오전 9시 - 10시 30분)에는 질문에 답하실 수 있도록 자리를 지켜주시기 바랍니다.
